• Neighborhood Garage Sale is May 3rd (6pm-8pm neighbor only), 4th, and 5th (9am until 4pm).

• The Annual HOA meeting is April 19th at 6pm at 7923 Lookout Circle. The meeting should last for 30 minutes.

2022 year end wrap up

• The Sewage uplift station was cleaned and maintained.

• The walking path was trimmed of weeds and made usable.

• The missing and damaged water shut off valves were replaced and/or leveled on the sidewalks.

• The last remaining lot was sold and a new construction is underway.
